A Casual Sunday Outfit

Last weekend went pretty well. I must say, June is a pretty stressful month with so many important birthdays including mine.Stressful in deciding on all the gifts, deciding on whether to celebrate the birthday with friends or family and deciding on how to throw a surprise birthday party though I don’t like to have any surprise for my own birthday.

Last Sunday was one of the important birthdays of the month. I have spend the Saturday prepping for the birthday party like ordering cake, cleaning the house and getting drinks and food for the dinner. We celebrated the birthday by calling some friends over. We had a small house party with some beer and dinner. And of course we did cut the cake.

With all the hangover from the previous night, Sunday started very slowly and I literally slept off till noon skipping my breakfast and lunch. Not something that I am proud of though. We had  a diner date planned for the day. I was so lazy to dress up and decided to stick to a casual outfit for the night.

I paired an over sized striped t shirt which I picked up from west side stores men’s section with my favorite forever 21 denim. The thin sweater material of the t-shirt was perfect for the chilly Bangalore weather. If you like anything over sized style and stripes and long t shirt styles, I would highly recommend you to check the west side men’s section. They have some trendy stuff for women 😀

I have accessorized the outfit with my Tan tote bag and my new pair of Tan ballerina which gave me a hard time with a major shoe bite. :(.

This is an effortless casual style for lazy days like these.

We had our dinner at a famous kebab place in the town and wrapped up the weekend with some mocktails from the Lassi Shop.

How did the weekend go for you? What is your go to casual style?
