Happy December Everyone!
I know I have been MIA on the blog for a long time. Past two months has been very difficult for me personally. I am getting over it slowly and now that December is here, what better time to come back to life with a bang.
December, even though its the last month of the year, with all the festivities and holidays, its one of my favorite months of the year. For me, December is the time where you can accomplish a few things that you have left behind the whole year.
Keeping that in mind, I have made a list of things to do in December.
Long Time No see..I just got carried away with the monsoon weather and decided to take a break. Not really!!!.
June was indeed a Jam packed month. Since, I was being MIA for a long while, I thought to share a glimpse of what I have been up to for the past 3-4 weeks.
Mother’s day is right around the corner and what better day to pamper your mother with love and gifts and make her feel special.
I have always been a daddy’s lil girl and whenever some one asked me whom do I love the most, I always said Dad without any regret. The reason that she is very strict and beat me for my naughtiness. Growing up, I started being close to my mother, not that I am less close to my father.But, living away from them made me realize how much I love and miss them.
The best part of my everyday routine is the long one hour phone call with my mother. We talk about the movies, the new recipes she is trying, how the dogs are well behaved or ill mannered and the list goes on. We gossip about people, we laugh out loud and we talk like lovers for hours some days.
Ok, I am getting carried away and emotional.
I am not a DIY person and I always like to gift something which is useful and appropriate for the receiver’s interests.
So Here are some gifting ideas for all of you who are celebrating mother’s day.
Summer is at its peak in India and its not a happy scene. The temperature has touched almost 45 degrees. Due to this harsh climate, the hair and skin is undergoing a drastic bad situation.

Do you remember how excited I was for March and made my March Goals. Well, March turned out to be a worse month for me.
The IT job takes some surprising twists at times. Most of my March was taken up by my regular IT job and I even worked on weekends for straight three weeks.Finally, month has come to an end and I am relaxed.
So Here I am giving a round up of March events and analyzing whether I have achieved any of my Goals.
Summer has begun officially and we, tropical Indians are not so fond of this season.Sun is very strong through out the day, atmosphere is humid and you feel exhausted and lethargic all the time. There is no intermediate spring season .It is straight away SUMMER.
Most of our days feels Bleh! and we tend to stick around inside the room with the A/C or the fan ON all the time. I am not even exaggerating a bit.It is the true reality of the Summers at the other side of the world.
You cannot just get away with it by spending your days indoors as it is a long 3 months summer.You need to find ways to tackle it.
So Here are the things you can do during the Tropical Summers to keep you active and make it interesting.
Holi, the festival of colors is right around the corner and I am sure everyone is very much excited about it.
As much as it is exciting, it is always a nightmare for your skin and hair during this time of the year. After so much fun with colors and water, the hair and skin suffers the most and it takes ages to get a recovery from the damage.
Over the years, I have tried some ways to protect the skin and hair while enjoying the day with colors. Most of those tricks worked really well for me to control the damage.
So I decided to share it as it might help you get drenched in colors without worrying about your skin.
Happy March Everyone!! Last two months has been amazing. The weather was beautiful. We did quite a lot weekend travels and trekking trips.
Summer has begun and it is not the beautiful weather in this part of the world. So March is not my favorite month due to the harsh sun, heat and humidity. I tend to be the laziest person during this time as I am always tired.
This time, I have set some goals for myself for March to make it more interesting and healthier 🙂
Here is the little peak into my March Goals…
As a Kid, I used to be a morning person. My father used to wake me and my brother at 4’o clock in the morning and we go for a morning walk or play badminton. I was one of the most energetic person back in my school days.I know, it has some thing to do with getting up early.
As we grow older, we tend to stay up late and with more stress in life, it just becomes so much easier to hit the snooze button and sleep until noon. I always felt that the days when I get up early are more productive for me.
FINALLY, January has come to an end. It felt like the longest month ever. But I’d say, I have had the best start to the new year I could possibly wish for.
With a relaxed beach vacation and few road trips and house parties on weekends, its been amazing.Though, being a longer month, it has been very eventful.
